New R&D project with Bergen Carbon Solutions
Our joint project with Bergen Carbon Solutions, “TiO2-CNF: A nanocomposite for fast-charging Li-ion batteries”, has received 500.000 NOK in funding from Regionalt Forskningsfond Vestland.
While we make white titania powder, Bergen Carbon Solutions make black carbon nanofibers and we call the project “The black and white project”. The reason to combine the two materials is to improve the fast-charging capabilities of titania anode materials. We are very excited about the project and have already started playing with the materials in the lab!
